“We just completed our second major install with Ultra Floors. They previously installed carpet in our upstairs bedrooms and hallway. Sean designed the install to go at 45 degree angle in all rooms to provide a dramatic effect that turned out amazing! Our first experience was so great, there was no question that I would return to Ultra Floors when I was ready to do rooms on the main level our home. I did not know if they carried the carpet I wanted, ( I had seen it in a home in Georgia) but I had no doubt they would find it if they didn’t. I went to the and met with Melanie. They had the carpet and we set a date for measuring. Sean was out right away, gave a competitive bid and the job was scheduled. The install crew arrived on time and were friendly and professional. The crew did a great job and the carpet looks amazing! Thank you to everyone at Ultra Floors. You are all so kind and do exactly as you say you will!”

“I found Ultra floors after an extensive search trying to find a store that carried my 20+ year old Bruce hardwood in gunstock, 5 1/4. Melanie not only found it, she called the manufacturer to confirm and had it shipped right away. They quoted me a really good price. I have to say that the customer service here is top knotch. I was late in picking up my floors, Sean came from the main store to the warehouse (that was closed) just to help me get the floors because I needed them.that day! Can't ask for better service than that. I definitely recommend.”

“We had another great experience with Ultra Floors for our homes flooring needs. Last year we had vinyl flooring installed in our family room and master bedroom. This year it was vinyl flooring in our basement kitchen area and bathroom. We also had our basement recreation room and stairs carpeted. Melanie was so helpful in everyway and the installers were all professional and friendly.
