“Wow! This is the first word which comes to my mind if I had to describe The Floor Store in one word! From start to finish I was apart of the entire process. I had the pleasure of working with Elijah from the sales team. Friendly. Professional. And respectful he immediately greeted me with a smile when I walked in. He said: “how can I serve you?” And instantly began LISTENING to my concerns. To me that was everything! Often times you go somewhere and the sales person tries to upsell or persuade you to buy something THEY want. This was not the case. Even during the pandemic he FaceTimed me options which he thought I may like. This was above and beyond the service I expected! Ultimately, we decided on the Luxury Vinyl Plank option for my kitchen. Man oh man! What a difference compared to the ugly tile I had before. The whole business is stellar and if I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you, Thank you!”

The whole process was extremely smooth from purchasing to scheduling, to the crew that came out to install! They did our living room, kitchen, utility room, and bathroom in one day! “We went in on a Friday night the salesman Elijah let us really look and find what we wanted. It was not overbearing. It was laid back, we took samples home that night and schedule a quote for Monday! we went back that weekend to get more samples. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Monday they did a quick measurement and had quote by that evening! we decided to go with them. we didn't have to lift a finger. Installer were early everyday to start and complete work. The work was completed before the next Friday came! I highly recommend them they are professional and a good price for a great product. My carpet is amazing to touch. My LVF is amazing. Both gave alot of character to our home. Thank you to the whole team. I believe the general managers name is robbie is a very honest person, he helped me pick the carpet I love and didn't try to buy upsale me but told me the carpet was a great carpet for the price and he was not lying! I am so happy with our floors!”
