“This was the first time we had any flooring done after 26 years in our home. Angela explained the different types of products and didn't rush us at all for decisions. With the samples we took home, we quickly made our choices of materials and colors. Less then a week later George and his helper were here and got everything done in one day--kitchen and bathroom. He was such a perfectionist, and we are very happy with the results. Already planning future projects. We especially liked knowing that The Floor Store uses their own installers and doesn't contract the work out.”

“my wife and I went in The Floor Store just to look around.. I met a guy by the name of Jake Shannon.. He was great, super knowledgeable on all types of flooring and even the tile I was looking at for a back splash.. we ended up buying some carpet for our upstairs loft, and picking out tile for the backsplash. Within minutes of picking out the carpet he had us rung up and on the schedule. George " the installer" and his helper came out the next week and installed the carpet within a couple of hours. The whole experience was super comfortable and they treated me like family. I'm super happy with the product and the service I received from Jake and George... I will highly recommend them to anyone including my family. I now love The Floor Store and all other flooring companies can't hold a candle to these guys ♥️♥️♥️”

Baton clearly knows his products and easily guided us to our perfect basement finishing. Installation team worked very quickly, extremely clean, and cleaned up after! Highly professional, personable, pleasant, and perfect. "Five stars" is not high enough. Absolutely recommend...and have done so with neighbors who are also delighted with The Floor Store!”
