“This place is great! They have a wide of products to choose from and great staff. I had the pleasure of working with Angie who was on the ball and knew all the products they carry. She helped me to make an informed decision and pick out the best product that was in my budget. The Floor Store replaced carpeting from around our kitchen bar area with engineered hardwood flooring that matched the 3.5 year old original kitchen floor. I cannot tell you how pleased we are with the impeccable Customer Service exhibited with sales in the selection of the product, the flooring professional handling measurements, the quality of the work with the installation, the promptness of staff arrival, and assistance from the front desk staff in person or on the phone. The carpeting was replaced in our Family room and Hardwood flooring was placed in the office. Another return trip or phone call will be made to replace the flooring in one of our upstairs bedrooms in the not too distant future.
