“Great experience here. From Elijah at the store to Rob who measured my spaces to quality and professional installation, this was an easy and pleasant process. All staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. I went for a sale but picked a great high-quality product and couldn’t be happier. Such a better experience than trying to work with one of the big home improvement stores and definitely better than some other flooring stores in the area. Even offered 12-month interest-free financing. Definitely recommend and will be visiting them again.”

“We love our new floors!!! Thanks to our sales rep Angela Kidwell for recommending this great product. She took the time to help us make the right decision for what we needed. She also handled install which was great and 1 stop. The day of install was seamless, they come in on time and we didn't even have to move any furniture. I was worried how they would do all that and get the floor in but it was magic and all done in 1 day including adding painted shoe molding. They were so professional and quick. We love the color. The LVP (luxury vinyl plank) flooring is awesome it is so durable for the dogs, spills, and looks amazing.”

“We got new carpet on the stairs and hardwood put on our 2nd floor. We were very impressed with how quickly and neatly both were done. We are very happy with our new floors! We even had a slight mishap with our installation due to how our house was constructed and The Floor Store was very accommodating. I would defiantly recommend them for both price and service!”

“Very professional and friendly staff. Lots of nice, quality product. Sold me everything I needed to do our bathroom floor remodel. Had everything I needed in stock, even loaded it up in my car for me. Will definitely be back for our next project!”
