“Can’t really say that I’m a fan. Wasn’t too happy about them remodeling the old toys r us store, was part of my childhood but I guess everything happens for a reason eh? When you walk in though, it’s a whole new store. Tons of flooring and the employees are nice, though I wasn’t greeted right away at arrival and I was given a weird look when I didn’t know what I wanted. Can’t we just look around? They have a vast selection of floors, tiles, etc. I can say from experience they have a decent selection that beats the competition in the greater Richmond area. So, do I recommend this company? I’d say so, I am not a customer there, but I know people who have. They all said nice things about them. The only con to it is that I think they should’ve stuck with the smaller format store, they have TOO much space for what it is.”

“We are living in a 40+ year old home, that we moved into about 15 years ago. We have slowly been renovating it room by room the past year and a half. As it goes, much thought has been put into how to make it look better, and within our budget. We discovered LVP flooring at the Floor Store, and I've gotta say, it's awesome! We purchased about 1100 square feet for our upper floor after meeting with the rep at the Floor Store. They were moving into the old Toys R US space next to them. but it went great. They went into great lengths to show us their products. It is unbelievable how much flooring they had in stock, but at the same time they can also order other flooring if we wanted something else. So far we have installed one out of 4 rooms (plus a hallway). It looks fantastic!! And the prices were similar to the big box stores (home depot and lowes) that are very close, but the flooring is 100% waterproof and looks SO much better! Thanks gang! Unbelievable difference in the first room, and now we can't wait to finish the entire upper level!”
