I spoke with Jerry & showed him colors I was thinking in 2 bathrooms & showed him what I had chosen for wood flooring. He advised on a paint color change for one of the bathrooms which he explained the why & I'm very happy with the change. Caesar & Israel were the installers. Very impressive. The flooring came out perfect-looks beautiful. Clean up impeccable! Daneen - kept me apprised when product arrive in store & kept me updated on date & time of installer arrival. “*UPDATE: they gave me a credit for a future purchase. I will be using them again in the future so hopefully the next time is better can I can change me star review.* I wanted so badly to have a 5 star review for this. It started out great with Joe our sales associate and it went downhill from there. When the men came to install they didn’t have enough carpet for the stairs so they had to order more. I was told (on a Monday) that they would have it overnighted and it will be there Thursday. Thursday came and went with no word. Meanwhile my stairs have nothing on them except for random nails, which I cut myself on. It took a whole 9 days to finish the job. I feel like the communication could have been a lot better for the amount money we paid.”

“I became a very enthusiastic customer of Sherlock instantly, after visiting innumerable other stores in the area. I was completely unfamiliar with various types of flooring and naturally, wanted to become as educated as possible before making a final decision. Once I met some of the salespeople and other personnel, I was extraordinarily impressed on a variety of levels. Firstly, the inventory of luxury vinyl plank flooring was expansive -- I had no idea I would be introduced to so many different options! It really was fun to compare them. I worked with a fabulous salesman who has been with Sherlock for many years. Tom Ullsperger was exceptionally knowledgeable about the products Sherlock carried; in fact, I tend to be very inquisitive and he answered each of my questions candidly and honestly. He had a refreshing sense of humor, was very friendly and equally humble. I consider myself quite perceptive and I could easily tell he was not just trying to "sell" me. Tom genuinely cares about his customer base and it is very important to him that his clients are happy with their purchase and overall experience. He follows the job from start to finish to make sure all is proceeding smoothly. He really is a lovely person and I am delighted to recommend him to all of you. He is worthy of your trust and will make certain you purchase exactly what you want at a competitive price. Believe me, I am very selective about the people I recommend and never before have I dealt with such a dedicated professional. I also feel compelled to mention Daneen Malloy, Sherlock's Scheduling Coordinator, and Maureen Andrisen, Sales Assistant. Both are eager to help the customers in any way they can and as a side bar, these two women have sensational personalities and are incredibly patient. As you well know, the individual at the front desk of any company must be welcoming and personable or business might be sacrificed unnecessarily. Maureen handles so many tasks simultaneously and does so with grace, humor and efficiency. She can answer almost any question you might have and if she cannot, she will find out the answer promptly. Lastly, when my first bedroom floor was installed, it was done by Jorge, Noe and Christian who did a fabulous job. I am going to request this team again when my next floor is ordered which will be soon. They were truly perfectionists and took great care in cleaning up afterwards. Everyone who has seen the floor loves it and of course, I immediately tell them to visit Sherlock Carpet & Tile because I truly believe the people mentioned above all played an integral role in this project's success. Please give Sherlock a try. They are a family owned business and have been in the community for years. As you leave there, you will feel like family too! Thank you, Sherlock, for a job well done.
