“Excellent service! An detailed estimate was provided quickly and they followed up with me. I set up a date for installation and they were on time. The crew worked very efficiently and asked questions if they had concerns or recommendations. I will contact Robinson again for future flooring needs.”

“The crew at Robinson Floors from top to bottom were very professional and accommodating to our requests during the entire flooring project. Alex was patient with us when trying to decide what material to use and is very knowledgeable on the pros and cons of each. We asked for 4 different pricing schema based on the types of flooring and options. No is not in his vocabulary. We asked if the project could be pulled in and they found a way to get it done. We decided to go with real wood for all of the carpeted areas of our home and from that point on Diego and his crew took charge. They were at the house to work exactly when they said they would be without fail. Diego works very hard and their workmanship is outstanding. He also is very patient and was willing to provide 16 color and texture samples (per our request) on the floor so we were sure to get the floors we envisioned. In the end the floors are beautiful and it is markedly different without the carpet and with new real wood floors. Thank you Robinson Floors! The McCormicks”

“We used Robinson Floors to add hardwood flooring in our living room. The rest of the main floor had been done before we purchased the house. Robinson Floors (Justin) first did the research to determine if we could find the same floors (we couldn't). When the wasn't an option, they helped us determine a solution. “Based on the reviews for Robinson Floors, we decided to check out their wood flooring. Both Andy and Alex were informative and helpful in our selection for our foyer and family room. The crew did an excellent job installing our floors, staining the wood molding to perfectly match the wood wall and cabinets, and showing us how to care for the wood. They took the time to replace the bottoms of our furniture with felt and to move the furniture back exactly where I wanted it. Upon completion, Alex came for a walk thru. From beginning to end, the whole process was seamless and professional. We are so happy with our floors and highly recommend Robinson Floors. Their reviews are good for a reason!”

“Robinson flooring had some good reviews so I decided to see if they could help me out with my living and dining area floor. Alex was extremely helpful in selecting out the appropriate style for our home. They were honest with their pricing so you won’t see any extra costs at the end. The workers that actually came out to do the job was extremely knowledgeable and provided their recommendations before they demolished anything. I originally was looking at getting the flooring under the wall, but the lead worker suggested to go with the shoe mold as it would match my crown molding below, and he is was right! The floor looks amazing now. They were really detailed oriented and made the entire room look brand new. I would definitely recommend these workers for any flooring job. After the job was done, Justin their other office manager came to see how things went. I told him some of the things the workers didn’t do that was originally on the quote, and he promptly adjusted my invoice. Great customer service!!! If you are looking to change out your flooring I would definitely give these guys a call.”
