Alex addressed all our questions and concerns and was a pleasure to work with. The installation teams for both the wood and tile flooring were professional and took every step to ensure our satisfaction. The price was fair and there were no surprises for the final cost. “Alex and his crew are top notch, after the first installer messed up my floor so bad and thousands of dollars down the drain. A fair warning to others do not or ever use bamboo and secondly do hire people who knows flooring. I had to rely on real professionals the second time around. “Exceptional work and our point guy, Alex, went above and beyond to help us through the process of replacing wood floors that were damaged and removed from a slab leak. The floors match and blend with the rest of our wood floors perfectly! We will be using them again to refinish the wood floors in other rooms in the future. “Andy with Robinson floors made our renovation as easy as possible. We had water damage to our entire downstairs, and he acted as General Contractor for the whole project, scheduling and communicating with sub-contractors and our homeowners insurance company.
