“The final product is excellent and we enjoyed our overall experience. Carpet, tile, and vinyl floors were installed. Andy was extremely helpful in choosing vinyl based on our house condition. Paco, Valentine, and Ramos were awesome with the demo, prep, and detailed installation. We will definitely use Robinson again and highly recommend contacting them to discuss any flooring situation. Would give 5 stars, but there were a few issues concerning scheduling and a few tiles had to be replaced due to scratches that weren’t noticed at the time of install, however Robinson took ownership and fixed everything to our satisfaction.”

“My husband and I decided to get wood style porcelain tile for the entire downstairs area. It looks amazing! It is a very large area (6 rooms and walk areas) and they were able to complete it in 6 days. They were very professional and they came back to take care of a few minor details discovered during the walk through. They made sure I was happy with my floors and the tile I had added around the fireplace. I will definitely use them again in the future when we replace the carpet upstairs.”

“I chose them because of all those 5 star comments here and they are close to my office. I will start from the good part, customer service is patient and nice. Pricing is straightforward, they name the lowest price they can do and you decide to do it or not. Overall price is competitive, I think it is because they charge lower for labor. Now comes the bad part. The work they did is not too bad, but expect to have some dents here and there on your walls. I did carpet for all of my bedrooms and hallway and living room, some areas have some kind of cracking sound when you step on it. They came by and said it was the padding below was not placed even and should not influence usage. And some corner areas were not placed even, because of the way they cut the material, according to them. After all, if I just want to have a "no influence on usage" carpet, then why do I bother paying thousands of dollars changing it? Overall, it is a "OK, that's fine" rather than "Wow" experience. I am a little disappointed on the way they treated me after I signed the contract.”

“Robinson Floors did such a great job. My house flooded and all of my hardwood floors needed to be replaced. As a single mother this was something I was not looking forward to. Robinson Floors not only did a great job but also assisted me with the insurance company process. They were definitely a company I could trust.
