“After visiting numerous competitors , we visited Robinson Floors looking for engineered hardwood flooring for our living room, dining room and family room. One reason we visited Robinson was because of the positive online reviews. Alex greeted us with a smile. We thought we knew what flooring we wanted but after asking us numerous questions, Alex suggested a different product that we liked better. We found Alex to be very personable and knowledgeable about their products. He made our decision easy. Knowing that installation is everything, we were concerned about the process. Alex assured us that his teams did quality work. Scheduling was easy and Diego and his team arrived early on day one. They had to demo tile and did a great job of covering the area with plastic to minimize dust. Day 2 and 3 they arrived early again! They did an unbelievable job installing our new flooring. It looks great, we could not be happier! Alex followed up during the installation and did a walk though once completed. I highly recommend Robinson Floors and would give them 10 stars if possible!”

“We had a great experience with Alex! He lived up to all the positive reviews we saw about him! From his professionalism, his people skills, his expertise and knowledge, they all far exceeded our expectations. He listened and addressed our concerns and answered our questions He helped us with selecting the color and we ended up going with his initial recommendation and we are so happy with it!! On our final walk-through, Alex wasn't satisfied with the installation of some of the T-mold and had his installers out the very next day to correct it. The installation itself went very smoothly and the installers were very accommodating and respectful of my work from home situation, making sure to complete my office in one day. They were very considerate, efficient and really HARD WORKERS!!! if we ever need new flooring again, we would go with Robinson's Floors for sure!”
