“We had brand new carpet put in for our pediatric practice. William was very insightful in helping us choose the best carpet for our office. We needed something durable that would handle high traffic. He was responsive and prompt with all my questions. Installation day was fast and without any problems. I would recommend showing the material one more time before signing the contract. I could not remember what I had picked until I saw it installed and I accidently picked the wrong one but worked out either way. Over all the experience was easy and the customer service was great. Would recommend!”

“Robinson Floors was so easy to work with and so helpful. William and Jana were extremely helpful in the store, helping us choose what type of floor we wanted and which shade. They were flexible, available, worked quickly, and did an excellent job installing both our laminate and carpet. There were a few hiccups but they were managed quickly. William was extremely communicative over text and responded quickly any time I had a question. These were some stressful and tough decisions and I'm really glad we went with Robinson Floors.”
