“We’ve known Rich Ranieri for over thirty years. He has done work for us both in our business and our home. Rich and his team of installers have always been very professional and it’s been a pleasure to have them working in our home. Over the past year we have done some major remodeling and Rich was always there to answer any and all questions we had. We replaced all of our carpeting in our three upstairs bedrooms as well as our hallways and stairs. I am pretty fussy about what I like and he and Barb who works with Rich in the store worked closely with us to find exactly what I was looking for. About six months after the carpeting was complete his son John installed black walnut floors in our dining room, living room, powder room and hallway. Installation took a full week but the finished project is just beautiful. Every time I walk into the house it takes my breath away. I never hesitate to recommend Rich to my family and friends and have done so many times over the last 30 years. All have been extremely satisfied with the quality of his services. ”

“I highly recommend Rich Ranieri for your flooring needs. I had a small window of time to get carpet replaced after closing on my new home prior to move in day. Rich was able to make it happen with very little margin for error. An issue was identifed with the carpet when it arrived. Rich's office was still able to rush the new carpet order with 1 day to spare before we moved in. The quality of work (install team) was as good as you will find. His price was still less than Lowes/Home Depot by a decent margin! He and his office is very customer focused and very attentive. Couldn't be happier. I'd go back again and refer you as well.”

“I have used Rich in past for everything they offer - carpet, hardwood flooring, paint, etc...they are the BEST in the area. Exceptional quality, knowledge and service. If you purchase based solely on price, then you might be happy somewhere else. But if you want a quality product that is best for your needs AND is reasonably priced, you will love RR. I can't say enough about the service - always return phone calls, do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it, etc...So many business could learn a lesson in service from the staff at RR's.”

“I too used rich for carpet in my home...what fantastic service i recived, very important in todays society..I used super pages to find carpet and found a review and gave them a call, just by the way I was treated me on the phone,led me to know i was in good hands.Rich did all that he said he would, returned all of my calls and kept me informed on what was going on with my carpet.Price was as quoted,install was flawless,and i will definitely do business with rich again in the future.If you need carpet call rich 1st,guarentee you will be satisfied without a doubt...They also carry paint as well, i was a little skeptical at first about trying a new paint,but gave it a shot and fell in love,their color computer match was PERFECT..call them...you wont regret it....”

“Recently i was in the pottstown area shopping for carpet. I was at the box stores and listend to their "Money saving schpeels" and just wasnt satisfyed, until i found Rich Ranieris. What a wonderful shopping experiance i had, and it was nice to be the center of attention.. The staff were very courteous, knowledgeable and best yet....honest. They beat lowes price by about $630.00!!!!! I am currently having them install hardwood in my home as well.
