“We had an excellent experience with Rich back in May'2018 after water in our basement, subsequent treatment/French drain installation and having to replace our padding and carpet. Rich has over 40 years of industry experience and gave us a number of choices relevant to a basement issues including recommending the Mohawk superior grade (pink) padding which has moisture and mold resistance plus a quality and affordable grade 4 Carolina polyester carpet. He also gave us the contact for a first rate installer (Gary) to use that he has known for years. Our basement looks and feels great again! With his help and advice we chose hardwood flooring. The installation process was a breeze. Rich and John were always courteous and friendly. They paid attention to every detail and provided frequent updates. Each day the work areas were cleaned and all the tools and materials removed from our living spaces.
