“Rich Ranieri Floor Covering is the type of business we all want to encounter when seeking services. From the moment you start your discussion with Rich, you know you are in good hands. Every aspect of the interaction is transparent, every line item of the invoice is clearly denoted. His installers are professional, mannerly, and trustworthy. His office manager, Barb, follows through on call backs and emails. Through my own fault, I ripped a small piece of flooring when I moved my furniture back. When I called to ask if I could purchase a replacement piece, it was handled as if it was just as important as a full job. When shipment of the piece was delayed, Rich called me to let me know I wasn't being forgotten customer service like that is rare in this day and age. When the replacement piece was inadvertently damaged during installation, they took care of it, no problem. I can't say enough about this company and the way Rich Ranieri does business.
