“In 2016 Rich Ranieri Flooring was recommended to us for a renovation project with new wood flooring and carpet since our previous experience with a big box store was atrocious. Working with Rich and his team allows you to benefit from years of flooring industry experience, a consistent team throughout the entire process providing outstanding communication and customer service. From start to finish the experience was flawless. Recently we worked with them to carpet our own home. Again the entire process was flawless up until installation when they discovered the carpet shipped by the factory had a dye lot problem so some of the pieces didn't match. They pointed out the problem, they suggested solutions and then they went to bat on our behalf with the supplier to resolve the problem to our satisfaction. This very challenging and potentially costly problem didn't deter them one bit. All they kept saying is œJanet, you need to be happy with the final solution, tell us your preference and we'll work out the rest, and they did. The new carpet installation was completed in December 2017 and we couldn't be happier. If you're looking for expertise, customer service like we all used to expect and very competitive pricing, they are the team!”
