“On Monday March 12th, your installers, Mike and Greg, came to do our new carpeting. They did a great job in all the rooms and the hallway. They were able to finish in one day. They were great guys, and it was a pleasure to have them in our home. We have had many people in to see the carpeting and have been singing your praises. “My name is Joseph C Hanslits Jr., I have been a professional painter since 1978 and now retired. Recently I needed to do some painting in my home. Mr Ranieri suggested I use Muralo Paints. I did some research on the company and found out they have been in business for over 115 yrs and privately owned. They don’t advertise much because they put a lot of money into research. Long story short, Muralo is the Rolls Royce of paint. It costs a little more than the builder stores but it’s worth every penny. With Ranieri’s color matching computer I was able to paint my 400 sq ft bedroom with one gallon. I never have ever gotten this type of coverage from any other paint, and I have tried them all.”

“I heard about Rich Ranieri from a co-worker. When I walked in the store the staff were friendly, warm and real. First I had my kitchen and bathroom floors tiled with a new product which Rich expained to me in detail. He let me take home as many samples as I wanted to look at and never rushed me to make up my mind. The work was done at a time that was most convenient for me, and was done on time and professionally by a very nice, polite expert. A few months later I had my entire house re-carpeted. Again, I was in the store often and each time I was greeted by name by Barb and Eric when Rich wasn't there. Rich and Barb spent a lot of time with me showing me different products and Rich even advised against a purchase he thought would cost more thatn was necessary. Even though it took me several months of coming in when I had time to make progress on the different color selections, I was never pushed or rushed and was always greeted warmly and by name. The estimates were on target and the process was again done quickly and professionally by people who also knew how to take care of all my big furniture, including a large piano. After I paid my final bill, I got a call from Rich thanking me for my business and telling me how happy he was to have done business with a customer like me. He even offered a meal out for a referral. The carpet and tile make my house look brand new and I am extremely happy with the outcome. The entire process of working with Rich and everyone else I encountered was an extremely positive experience and no matter how busy they were I was always treated like the most important customer. Rich Ranieri's has been around and a sucess in the Pottstown area for years, and I am sure it is because of great customer experiences like mine that are why he will continue to be around for years to come.
