“The installation of the flooring was expert, and the product is amazing. I highly recommend that aspect. We had treads of steps stained to match, and that was a problem. Communication has difficult, and it took two tries for the stain to be acceptable.”

All the crews sent to my home were professional and very personable! They installed vinyl, carpet and hardwood all in one week! Talk about customer service! “First of all I am excited that Mercer Carpet One is a family run and owned business. I worked with Katlin who is the granddaughter of the original owners and the daughter of the current owners. It is obvious that she takes a great deal of pride in the reputation of her family’s name. Service, responsiveness, and knowledge were evident throughout this project for my client. The installers have been in the industry for over 20 years which says even more about the company. I recommend Mercer Carpet One!!!”
