“We selected LG Kramer Flooring after seeing the work they did for a friend and we selected our wood flooring material from a Sarasota flooring retailer. The flooring store does not offer installs and I have found in the past that it is a mistake if you go to a one shop that does it all. Lance showed up as scheduled to discuss the project and share the installation options we had. He listened to our objectives while making us feel at ease with the process. On day of installation his team showed up and got right to work and the entire installation process was phenomenal! They were accommodating as we choose to live in the home during renovation. But, were able to complete the project early as they put in the extra effort and worked overtime. Thank you LG Kramer team for doing such a phenomenal job, minimizing the disruptions, and for being respectful of our house and tidying up every day. Our floors came out wonderful and we are so pleased with how everything looks. Highly recommend.”

“We had a great experience with this company!! The owner Lance was very professional and courteous as well as all the staff that worked on our floors. We had to have part of our engineered hardwood removed as it was damaged from a leak. The floors now look seamless! They did a fantastic job. “Lance and his crew were fantastic. They were cooperative working within our timelines and patient answering questions. The work they did on our floors is well done with great attention to detail. Phone calls and emails were answered and resolved to in a reasonable period of time and the guys showed up when they said they would be there, did their job and left a clean site everyday. Floor looks great! Would 100% recommend and use them again if the need arises.”
