“We have had Kimi’s out for three different jobs. 1 was to replace the carpet in the whole house. The second was to repair a threshold where another contractor (unrelated to carpet install) messed up the newly installed carpet. The last was to install a stair runner on our wood stairs. Every single time has been a seamless process. Cameron is awesome at measuring and being a sounding board for my (sometimes scattered) ideas. Kimi ordered larger samples for me to take home when I was stuck between three colors. She overnighted them from the distributor without hesitation. Scheduling was extremely easy. “The Bobs”, and Tony were efficient and pleasant installers. Jeremy came for the threshold repair and I was very appreciative when he explained that he would like to get a second opinion from the team on the best plan of attack on the repair. From start to finish, Kimi’s team was low pressure, easy to speak with, understanding of financial barriers and full of knowledge on the best products for our home and life with kids and pets.
