“The details: Met with both Kimi and Jeremy to pick out the right carpet for our home. They listened to our needs/wants then gave recommendations based on our family’s lifestyle. We picked out samples to bring home so we could make the best decision. The facts: We were coached on how the carpet would be laid and the timeframe that it would take. The Bob family did the carpet install at our home. They were very clear on what they would be doing each day. They showed up when they said they would, worked neat and clean. They vacuumed every day when they completed their day. We are incredibly happy with Kimi’s Carpets in Fuquay Varina. We highly recommend Kimi’s for your flooring needs.”

“Very pleasant experience. Just moved to Fuquay from FL and did not know anyone much less who to hire. They are affordable, knowledgeable, and did exactly what they said they would do from beginning to end. During installation, the workers vacuumed and then dry mopped the floor from my front door to the installation room when finished. I always try to shop local whenever possible--this is an excellent option.”
