“From the very beginning of this process service had been wonderful. Tanya helped us in the showroom and gave suggestions on the products. We were doing LVP throughout our downstairs and she explained the process very well. The day of install the guys were here on time and actually early. All three guys were extremely polite and did great work for us. We will definitely be back to do the carpet upstairs.”

“Our family cannot recommend Kimi’s Carpets enough. We began our correspondence through email and after receiving an unexpectedly high quote from another company, Kimi personally helped us choose a comparable (and considerably lower price) new carpet from Shaw that we love in our home! Kimi even worked with us to install the new carpet on the day that worked for us and was beyond responsive and helpful with questions and alleviated any concerns. Kimi made sure we were aware of the warranty for our carpet and made sure we had a copy for our records. We were treated like family. The installers were very friendly and even were tolerant of our young boys wanting to “help” on one of the install days while they were out of school. They were respectful of our property and our family. They were careful with our belongings and made sure to move our items back exactly where we wanted them when finished. Installation took two days and we are very happy enjoying our brand new upstairs. We can’t wait to update the downstairs floors next!”
