They worked very well with us to accommodate the time frame we hoped for (around other jobs), were very neat and professional (we had just painted and they didn’t leave a mark on the walls or trim), and did an amazing job installing the floors. “Working with John and Tom from Hardwood Direct was truly a great experience. We visited the showroom and brought home 2 samples of hardwood flooring, one was Oak and the other was Hickory. We decided to go with Hickory and couldn't be happier. The cost was very reasonable and the workmanship was flawless. The crew arrived at the expected time and completed the job within 4 days. We couldn't be more pleased with our new Hickory hardwood floors. The overall quality of product, installation, and service provided by Hardwood Direct couldn't be better. “Hardwood Direct was awesome to deal with. We purchased our hardwood from them and the prices can't be beat. I installed it myself and they had offered for me to use a stapler from them and gave me installation tips. We ordered our molding through them as well and had one little hiccup with the delivery (FedEx issue) but John was quick to resolve the issue. We visited around 5 other stores before we found Hardwood Direct and I was so glad I expanded my search area. If you are thinking of doing a new floor, give them a call.”
