“Hardwood Direct LLC installed over 1500sqft of hardwood flooring for us. We are extremely happy and impressed with the service, reasonable pricing, professionalism, attention to detail and the overall quality of the work performed. John was great; he answered all of our questions and was on the job from beginning to end. He came out to measure, was on the jobsite installing every day and made sure everything was clean and well organized at the end of each day. John and his crew started every workday promptly at 7:30AM and continued until the job was complete. Everything was installed carefully and thoroughly; we were very impressed by their attention to detail and how much they genuinely cared about the job they were doing - for example, they covered our daughter's crib with plastic while working to prevent any dust from getting in. We are extremely pleased that we hired Hardwood Direct LLC. The new flooring looks beautiful in our house and we are extremely pleased with the quality of their work. “We first purchased flooring from Hardwood Direct just before the 'stay at home' order in Delaware. There was a problem when we tried to install the flooring, and even though there were big logistical challenges with warehouses and shipping needed to change it out for another product, John got it done. We received new flooring, and he even loaned the specific staple gun the product required. Now we have a beautiful floor, and one bright spot in a difficult life situation. Thank you to John and Lorraine for their singular business model that places customer satisfaction above all else.”

After many months of searching for the perfect family and pet friendly floor, Hardwood Direct delivered a quarter sawn oak floor at a phenomenal price. The floors were part of a larger project fraught with delays, and Hardwood Direct professionally accommodated our scheduling issues. We added floor trim at a last minute, again without problems.
