“Meticulous, impeccable, extremely high work ethic, a well oiled machine, polite, trustworthy, EXCEEDING MY EXPECTATIONS ...these are just a few words to describe my experience with the purchase and installation from Hardwood Direct! I wish to thank (in alphabetical order) Chip, John, Lorraine, Pete and Tom. The showroom has a fabulous range of selections, is well organized and tidy, with flooring prices clearly marked for every budget. The installers were considerate and respectful with all of our furniture and possessions, even the baby grand piano! Demolition of 1,180 sq. ft. of existing wood, sub-floors, etc was neat and efficient. Installation of the new Mirage Classic Hudson wood floor was performed with precision and expertise. I am painstakingly particular and I was "floored" (get the pun???) with the results. I am thrilled that I was fortunate enough to discover Hardwood Direct. Thank you for such a positive experience and the beautiful floors...I love them. You are THE BEST!”
