“We didn't know what to expect when we started looking into getting our carpets replaced for ther first time, but we were immediately put at ease right from the start. Mark was very helpful in guiding us through shopping for the right materials, even letting us borrow samples for the weekend. There was no pressure to buy. The person who came to measure the rooms was very kind. The installers were prompt, excellent, swift, and professional, and the carpets look and feel awesome. A friend of ours recommended Flynn's to us, and now we do the same. 5 star experience!”

“Excellent company great employees very knowledgeable good product. They worked with me on a timeline for installation they notified me one day prior to to make sure it was still on and they notified me when they left the shop the day of install Richard was the installer did an excellent job cleaned up right after he was finished no complaints this company awesome”

“Great overall experience for carpet replacement. I worked with the salesman Scott and the owner for measuring, carpet selection and scheduling. Very helpful with selecting higher end padding/carpet, fair rates with a clear quote breakdown, and quality installation. They do use subcontractors for the install but work with the same trusted people each time. Our installers name was Richard and he did a great job. They did have to reschedule the installation a week before hand but that wasn't a big deal for us. They meet their promised installation deadline that we gave them. Richard was rough around the edges but very courteous with our freshly painted walls. Good quality work and fixed our squeaking spot in the floor! Pointed out mistakes that the old carpet had and gave advice about trimming the bottom of the doors since they are hard to open now with the thicker pile height. Would recommend to someone else.”
