“I had an installation done in January 2020 of my upstairs (two bedrooms, hallway, sitting room) and my stairs. My salesperson (maybe Mark? apologies - did not write his name down) was wonderful to work with - he understood my budget, but also my desire to car proof my house a bit. He helped me pick out the perfect carpet and, thanks to my cats, I have already tested that you can actually use bleach on it and the color does not fade! The installation crew was professional, neat, and very attentive to detail. I love my new carpeting and would highly recommend them!”

“Everything about our experience was amazing. Tom came out to measure and was in our home for about a half hour taking measurements. Other flooring companies not to be mentioned stayed for over two hours and didn't leave until 9:30pm after using multiple high pressure sales tactics. When we went to the store to look at flooring there were countless options. The other flooring companies only had about twenty different options to pick from. We ordered the flooring and they scheduled for two weeks later. They came and did the work this Monday and Tuesday and it's beautiful! The installers were nice and very hard working. I have had nothing but a positive experience here and I will tell EVERYONE that's looking for flooring to go to Flynns! I have attached before and after photos. :)”
