“Everything went great, and looks wonderful! The new carpet was arranged in checkerboard fashion. The installers moved and replace several items, and they were a pleasure with whom to work, as was Ben who did the initial measurements.”

“I came to Flynns for my carpet needs per my contractors recommendation and let me say, you won’t find a better carpeting store in the area. The first time I met Ben, the general manager was when he came to my place to give an estimate. He was very polite, a pleasure to talk to and was understanding and patient with me and all my questions, being this is my first time buying new carpet. Mark from Sales was great and was very patient, friendly and never pushy. He had to provide multiple big quotes for me due to the fact that I kept changing my mind on what I wanted but never complained and always provided the quotes in a timely manner. After receiving the quotes, Ben was always quick to address any further questions I had and was also never pushy. I got quotes from other installers as well and Flynns had the best deal on labor costs by far. After deciding which carpet I wanted a month or so later, I reached back out to Ben. He welcomed me back like it was just yesterday we spoke and worked with me to accommodate my needs and even worked out a great deal which I couldn’t be more happy about. The installers Adrian and Alex were amazing and I can’t recommend them enough. They were friendly, respectful, finished on time, cleaned up well, did a great job with the removal/installation and even helped fix the squeaks in my room which they didn’t need to. I couldn’t be more happy with my carpet and my whole process at Flynns from start to finish, Thanks again, Ben and Mark for the excellent support ,customer service and patience which you guys provided and also Adrian and Alex for the flawless install. Highly recommend Flynns for your carpet and flooring needs!”

“I have used Flynn’s several times now, and I have been consistently impressed with their honesty and help in meeting your budget. Again, this time, they were able to get me what I wanted within my budget. There was a bit of a misunderstanding on install day, but once they were aware, another installer was there within a couple of hours and the job was completed by the end of the day, as promised. Sarah ,in particular, could not have been more helpful, even on her day off ( sorry for that🥴) I will definitely use them again and have recommended to several friends.”
