“Let me first start off by saying, I encountered a situation where I got possession of the home i was moving into and we suddenly were aware that the carpet needed to be replaced before we moved in. And we had a move-in date only 8 days away. Flynn's was the ONLY carpet shop that could get us in stock carpet and installed within any kind of timeframe that short notice. so right there, that's an extra star. They also had the nicest looking berber carpet between most major manufacturers, home depot, empire, shaw, etc.. The first contractor bailed on me day of install, so they got someone out on the same day, but they didnt make tons of progress, that same contractor came back out the next day and was able to get enough space in to allow me to move my furniture from the old place. I tried communicating with this contractor to come back out several times but they really didn't care and left me high and dry as far as communication. to be fair, my schedule as well was touch and go, but when they stopped responding to me i called flynns back. Ben got me another contractor to finish the job all in one day. When that contractor had some scheduling issues ben incentivized him to finish on time. Bottom line, Flynn's took responsibility at every step. You can trust them to get the job done. Yeah, I didn't have the carpet fully installed until about a week and a half after they started, but setbacks can happen with any business, it's about whether or not they resolve them for you. And keep in mind, I walked into flynn's on the 1st of July in a crisis. Here I am installed by 20 days later, and was able to move out on time. No one else gave me a date sooner than 1 month out!”

“My first house, I was referred to Flynn's. After comparing prices and carpets in my town, I was glad I went! Flynn's had the nylon carpet that I wanted, in stock....and they even upgraded my den room for free from a 50 to a 70 weight carpet, much appreciated. Their regular installers were booked (since I wanted it done the next day)....but they had people on stand by who came the next day, did a great job with great personalities and they even carpeted my closet for free with a scrap piece from my den. Loved the carpet from day one, and sold the house 3 years later with the carpet still in great condition, no matting, comfy, warm, still like new. Love the nylon! Going back today for both of my new duplex units, hope to find the same great results!”
