The first time I met Ben, the general manager was when he came to my place to give an estimate. He was very polite, a pleasure to talk to and was understanding and patient with me and all my questions, being this is my first time buying new carpet. Mark from Sales was great and was very patient, friendly and never pushy. He had to provide multiple big quotes for me due to the fact that I kept changing my mind on what I wanted but never complained and always provided the quotes in a timely manner.
