“I had a sump pump failure in my basement a while ago and had to wait to replace padding, re-install carpet and replace vinyl in the bathroom. Floorz was willing to help me with the re-install and was very helpful selecting new vinyl (Jeff) and getting an estimate. I felt the estimate was very reasonable. The Install manager , Joe, was extremely accommodating. The pending bitter cold weather potentially would interfere with completion but Joe arranged it so that both crews (vinyl install and carpet re-install) were completed on the same day just prior to the bitter cold Friday. The vinyl installation team and the the carpet installation team were very good. They arrived on time, did their work without delay, cleaned up after themselves and did a beautiful job. Thank you Floorz fro estoring my basement! ”
