“After deciding to replace our aging carpet we opted to go with Floorz (Strongsville, Royalton Road). Danielle, the sales associate, was great in explaining our various options such as types of padding and soil resistance of different carpet types. We got what we felt was a very reasonable price and gave the go-ahead to install the carpet. As the workers were installing the carpet they noticed some stains (manufacturing defects, not Floorz fault). After consulting with their boss, Dale, he came to the house and checked it out. They wound up leaving the new carpet on the floor while we waited for a new carpet. After multiple problems with the manufacturer we decided to try a different product. Danielle came to our house with an armful of samples and we chose one that was more expensive but she told us that our price was still the same! So they came out and installed the new carpet. The professionalism of the installers was very obvious and they did a fantastic job of moving the furniture around and laying the carpet. We are extremely satisfied with the result! One reason we chose Floorz was that they are a local firm (stores in various locations in northeast Ohio). From Danielle to Dale and the installers everyone was exceptionally courteous and professional. What could have been an ugly situation with the stained carpet proved to be a sterling example of how a company should do business. We couldn’t be more pleased with Floorz and strongly recommend them to anyone in need of new carpet or tiles.”

“Floorz (specifically Vanessa) was so easy to work with. We had a very complicated job (remove wooden floors and install LVP in 2 bathrooms, mudrooms, dining room, foyer and kitchen) and they delivered 100% From assisting with picking out the perfect floor, working within our budget, and completing the most detail oriented install (Val and his crew)...We couldn't be happier. We completely recommend Floorz and will be happy to use them again for any of our needs!”

Over the past 17 years, we have renovated our entire house literally from roof to basement, and I can honestly say this is the best team we have ever had do work. “So...i had my new carpet installed 1 month ago. All that i can say is WOWZER! From the moment I ordered my carpet from the floorz team ( danielle and vanessa) until the moment it was installed it has been a great and easy process. My taste is particular and i wanted different carpet in every room. The sales team was great and patient with me. The installers were at my home for 9 hours. They were professional and helpful as we encountered a few installation challenges in my large older home. Great experience overall. Love my new carpet Choices were great. Laura assisted us. Her knowledge of ALL their products was unbelievable. She answered all of our questions. There was nothing that she didnt know. Made the process of selecting our floor simple and easy. We will definitely be back! Do not under estimate these ladies and their knowledge!”
