“My husband and I worked with Jim Dougherty at Floors USA in King of Prussia. Right from when we entered the showroom, we were assisted by Jim. He came back to check on us and answered any questions we had while we were choosing our laminate flooring. He made the entire purchasing process easy and was very helpful. The flooring came in in a timely fashion and the staff was great to help load our car with all the planks. Once we finished our upstairs, we loved the flooring and experience so much with Floors USA, we placed a second order to redo our living room floor. Even when we had a few boxes extra that were unopened, Floors USA allowed the return and refund for them. Each time I called him to ask questions or when we placed another order, he was quick to respond and called me back promptly if he had to do research. The prices were great and there was a large selection. We are truly happy from start to finish with our experience with Floors USA and highly recommend them.”
