“We had a great experience shopping at Floors USA. We were first time carpet buyers and had a learning curve in understanding pricing, measuring and quality. Our salesperson, Dave R, stuck with us through about a million questions and communicated with us through the ordering process. Installation was timely and the team did a good job. We did have some dings and dents on the walls from furniture being moved. They were relatively easy to cover with spackle and touch up paint. It would have been nice if the team had let us know about those areas rather than it being a surprise when they left and we were putting things back together. We’re very happy with our new carpet and our experience with Floors USA.”

“Attentive sales and customer service. I am a loyal customer and have all positive remarks. Most recently we had our staircase recarpeted. The padding was low grade and the stairs carpet lacked plushness. Floors USA sent a representative to the home to evaluate and agreed with the hardness. We upgraded the padding and has the carpet reinstalled. I was charged only for the difference in cost of the padding.”
