“Overall, I had a great experience. My experience with Floors USA was unique to some others due to the ownership showed by Jeff, who came to provide the estimate, took time to walk me through everything I needed to do to prepare and responded to every text or phone call I had before and during the installation. The install team did a good job and even my building engineer commented on the quality work as part of my association work inspection. The only thing the install team could have done better was better expectation management of when the job would be finished since I needed to coordinate with a plumber to have my stove and fridge hooked back up.”
