“When deciding who to use to replace carpet in our new home, we were ultimately between floors USA and Home Depot which offers free installation. The price difference was somewhere between $500-$1000, and I’m glad we went with floors USA. From start to finish I was very impressed. We had a little hiccup where our sub floors turned out to be rotted when we ripped up the old carpet (again, this was a new house and we weren’t expecting this). Floors USA worked with us so that we could fix the floor before laying down the carpet. The carpet itself has been great quality that has cleaned easily so far. I will definitely use them again for our flooring needs!”
