“Outstanding place to purchase floors and carpets. This is our second carpet purchase and both experiences were great. They have a very large selection of just about everything you could put on a floor in your home. Our salesperson, Dave, was very patient and knowledgeable, and pointed us to the right direction of what we were looking for. That's not something easy to do when it's hard to decide exactly what we're looking for and the right color to fit. It was easy to get a measurement appointment. The installation crew arrived on time early in the morning, and did an outstanding job. We LOVE our new carpet, and it was long overdue to be replaced. Thank you Scott (owner), Dave (our salesperson), Jeff (our measurement and project manager) and the entire installation crew. Great job!!!!”

“Aaron Smith and his team at USA Floors went above and beyond! What started with a flooring replacement ended up revealing a lot of other problems - mold, subfloors holds, poor carpentry, you name it... Aaron, Marcelo, and the rest of the team were communicative, explained things to me in detail, handled things in a timely manner, and even helped connect me with other great contractors for things that were out of his company's scope of work. Any time I had a question I could call or text Aaron for advice. We are hiring them to remodel our tile showers now, too! Couldn't recommend Aaron and Floors USA more!!!”

“FloorsUSA used a floor installation firm from NJ to install my LVP flooring on the grade level floor, which is connected to my garage by a common door. Gabriel and Douglas the installers, did a good job working until about 2 or 3pm, without lunch or a break to finish. They correctly installed the quarter round with a reverse cut to neatly end each piece rather than it having a blunt cut. The room had been measured previously and I ended up with a plank and one-half. Really not enough to use for anything so I ordered another box just in case. Gabriel and Douglas kept the common door between the room and the garage open. I believe they did most cuts in the room and unfortunately dust from the cuts spread into the garage where everything had been moved out of the room to install the new floor. They placed a large plastic sheet at the opening to the steps so the dust would not travel upstairs. We appreciated that.”
