“We’ve been using Floors USA since we bought our house 23 years ago. They’ve always been great to work with for carpet, tile, hardwood etc….they have quality products, the most up to date choices and the best pricing. All the staff members are professional, helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. My current salesman is Dave Raskob and he’s been really patient with me. I’ve been driving him crazy with picking colors, product decisions etc…. He addresses all my questions and concerns which makes me feel very comfortable. He has good advice and isn’t pushy. I’ve even met Scott the Owner because he’s visible and onsite! Mike who measures because he’s a pro and knows exactly what you need. Lori, she sets up all the appointments and follow-up and multiple sales guys and staff. If Dave’s busy, they all help me. If you’re looking for a hands on experience with an intimate buying approach, choose Floors USA. You won’t be disappointed. They’re very accommodating!”

“We love working with Dave Raskob (sales) and Mike (installation)! I forget Mike's last name but he's the guy that comes out to your house during installation to make sure everything is running smoothly. We are loving our beautiful hardwood wide plank European floors and the color. The installers are very courteous, professional, detailed and talented with laying floors. We also love our new Karastan carpet with the cool patterns as well as our plush bedroom carpets. These choices were all high end quality products recommended when we visited your showroom. We're still in the process of completing our project but I'm confident everything will be acceptable. If there's any glitches or concerns, they'll make every effort to fix it until we're satisfied. That's great customer service especially in this day and age! Also, I want to mention Andy, he came out and hand delivered a piece of molding we needed for our staircase. Great guy and he made a special trip to accommodate us. Love them!”

While the date moved a few times we received our flooring in September which was at the perfect time for the work being done, and it is gorgeous!!”
