“STAN THE FLOOR MAN! We needed engineered hardwood floors for our new build and found exactly what we were looking for at FloorMax Direct. Stan was very helpful and made sure we got the floors we really wanted at a great price. He kept us updated and made sure when we needed to add more square footage last minute it came at the same time as our original order. We live out of town; Stan and everyone else we delt with made it easy to do business over the phone and by email when we could not make it into the store. We had one little hiccup where we accidentally picked up the wrong underlayment. Stan did everything he could to get it fixed. He had the type we ordered to the store and ready for pick up in under two hours from when we called. FloorMax Direct by far had the best prices and Stan made sure we were taken care of and found exactly what we wanted. He was great with our kids who were already tired from floor shopping & made it the best stop for them. By far the best customer service and price out of all the flooring stores we stopped at in and out of Dalton. House is still a work in progress, but the floors look amazing! Thanks again Stan!”
