“Last weekend my wife and I attended the Orlando Home and Garden show. While there we met Seth from Floor Max. We told Seth we wanted to look at vinyl plank flooring. He was very knowledgeable and gave us an excellent presentation on the styles and colors we were interested in. Although we were thoroughly impressed there were a lot of variables that would not allow to decide to purchase at the show. We were in the process of buying a home, did not know which rooms we wanted new flooring or what the measurements were. Seths intuition led him to believe we would like to continue dialogue as soon as we got the information we needed to make an informed decision. This was true and we exchanged contact information and went on our way. Within a couple days of the show Seth sent us some floor samples. I was able to arrange a measurement with the sellers of our new home. The last couple hurdles were as follows. My wife is extremely sensitive to chemical smells and I let Seth know that. In return he sent me documentation stating the flooring was 100% phthalate free which addressed one our main concerns. My last concern was getting the material delivered from GA. to FL. without emptying my bank account. Seth came back with an extremely fair rate. So based on Seths professionalism, response time in getting information back to us quickly, (unlike other competitive flooring companies), high quality product choices and great price. We felt that Floor Max was the best investment. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for complete customer satisfaction, which is hard to find these days.”
