“I got behind the curve in my home remodeling when a local flooring supplier completely dropped the ball and put me a week behind. Lauren stepped in and saved the day. She really listened to my vision and feel for flooring and sent several photos of products that she felt would be a fit for my needs. She was right! The only catch was the product I chose was brand new to the market and had to be drop-shipped from Houston. Again another delay? Thankfully NO. Lauren micro-managed the shipping and made sure it was expedited. I received 1049 Square Feet of 3/4" x 7.5" flooring in two days! The reason for my time crunch was that my wife was on a cruise with her mom and I wanted to have the floor installed upon her return. My wife was thrilled with the floor and over-uses the word "beautiful" and "perfect" a lot. The only way I came out the hero was with the help of Lauren and Floor Max Direct.”
