“EXTREMELY HAPPY CUSTOMER. I went from being an unhappy customer who was panicking over the flooring I had just purchased to a very happy customer in just a few minutes. I sent someone to pick up flooring for me and when I opened a box at home it was short pieces of flooring. I now know that with Cabin Grade flooring the lengths can very anywhere from less than a foot to a full length board. The few boxes I opened were mostly less than one foot boards. I messaged Floormax and they immediately responded (on a Sunday evening) and agreed to let me return the flooring and swap it for something I would be satisfied with. The Cabin Grade flooring was my mistake and they didn't have to be so generous as to let me return it for a full exchange but they were happy to. And, the owner was very concerned that I didn't know what I had purchased. I would defiantly recommend Floormax to anyone purchasing flooring. They are a very honest and a forthright company that will treat you right and make sure you are happy with your purchase. The sales staff and shipping department are very nice and make you feel like you have known them forever. So thank you Floormax for making my not so great experience turn into the best purchase experience I have had! I'm recommending you to everyone I know that wants to purchase flooring. The prices are great and you have excellent service.”
