“Wonderful customer service! I've researched different types of flooring for about 6 months and was never really sure which one to chose. Lauren Williams was so very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, sent me samples and patiently waited for me to decide. Once I decided and placed my order it was packaged very securely and I received it within 5 days of ordering. I'm very happy with my purchase and the courtesy I received from FloorMax and Lauren. I will highly recommend them to everyone looking for flooring!! Thank you Lauren!”

“I cannot praise this company enough! Lauren was extremely helpful in helping us figure out exactly what we needed, and super nice to boot. Superior customer service, which can be a rare thing these days. Great prices as well! We are redoing the flooring in our entire house in phases and we will be using FloorMax from start to finish.
