“The Flooring Factory is a company that we would recommend without hesitation. From the moment we called them for an estimate, we knew the company would be a contender. The office staff was courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. An estimate was delivered within two days of their home visit, unlike two other companies from which we sought bids. One took eight days and the other didn't even respond to a phone request for an appointment. We had wood installed on our stairs and second floor hallway, replacing the carpet, and it looks fabulous! It took just two days, and we are very happy with the work done by the Flooring Factory crew. They were punctual, efficient and respectful of our property.
