“My husband and I made a purchase from Floor Factory Outlet with Gonzalo Walker the sale person who helped us. He was very welcoming and gave us much information regarding the flooring and prices available. Gonzalo allowed me the time to look and did not pressure either of us to make a decision. We ended up choosing a very fine product, a water resistant laminate, and scheduling the estimate in the a few days. Within 2 weeks the flooring was measured, the installer chosen, and job completed.
