“We went to Floor Factory Outlet in Ocala after visiting two big box stores in search of waterproof vinyl for our 2 bathrooms. We had narrowed down the color and had samples we like from the two box stores. Mr. Gonzalo Walker greeted at the front door and asked if we wanted to just look around or did we have something special we were looking for ? I showed him the sample we liked the most and he went directly to a waterproof vinyl plank that was a very close match. We took samples home (for both bathrooms) and returned the next day to purchase the waterproof vinyl for our two bathrooms. The installer came out the next day to measure and scheduled us for the following Monday. We truly want to thank Mr. Walker for making this such an easy experience! We will return to Floor Factory Outlet when we are ready to do our kitchen. They are the best! Linda Watts”

“My wife and I are remodeling our condo in Pelican Bay. We looked everywhere for flooring we liked, agreed on and that would hold up to wear and tear from adults, a dog, beach sand, etc. We knew we wanted luxury vinyl plank because of it being waterproof and durable. They did a great job! They showed up on time and did not stop until the job was finished. Also, there was no charge to remove my existing carpet and haul it away. “I went to three other stores looking at vinyl flooring and when I got to the Factory outlet store I met Beau. For the first time he took the time to explain the different types of vinyl flooring which one of the other stores did. The product that they have is far better and at a great price compared to all the other places. I left with a new floor and it looks amazing. Will not shop anywhere else after this experience.”

“The river rock tile looks outstanding. We are so pleased with the way it turned out. Brian and his helper did such a good job doing the installation that you can't see the joints even if you look really hard for them. Also, kudos to Gonzalo, the sales guy. He helped us pick out exactly what we were looking for. I recommend the Floor Factory to anyone that wants a good price with quality labor. I was a contractor for almost 40 years and I know a good job when I see one.”
