“Items we bought: Tile for our master bathroom: $600 from the clearance rack bought us our entire renovation! The assistance in helping us find a great product for the right price was efficient and non-pushy. LVT for our great room: We got 22 mil industrial LVT for our kitchen and great room. The kids actually helped us install it and it is sturdy and tight. Nice product. Extra comments: We brought back the extra boxes of LVT that we didn't use and they gave us a store credit of >$500 and we got some carpet remnants to make into area rugs.”

“Here’s the thing, You can’t leave a review based only on the good or only on the bad. The fact is that the world is an imperfect place. The installer we first got hooked up with was a crook - a wolf in sheep’s clothing akd no one knew it at the time. But Rob at the Floor Factory outlet did everything he could to make it right. We got assigned another installer who did a great job for us. Robert, George (Pops), Carlos, and Chris installed our flooring and they were awesome! The flooring we purchased from Rob was great and the price was amazing. We can live with mistakes and mess ups. All you can ask is that the company makes it right. Rob and Chris were awesome all along the way. They were great and the floor factory outlet went above and beyond to make us happy. We are very pleased and they really do deserve your business. We will be back to them for our next job. We highly recommend them. This is what a solid company should look like.”
