“I was talking to a friend about buying carpeting and he told me I should go to Floor Factory Outlet - Ocala. He had just purchased flooring for his whole house and was very pleased. When I arrived at the store I was greeted by Gonzalo Walker who was extremely helpful. They have a great variety of rugs to choose from and Gonzalo helped me stay within my budget. I had no problems with scheduling even though I had to change it a couple times. Today the installers just finished carpeting two rooms and they are beautiful. They moved everything without a problem I want to thank Marco for doing a great job. Overall experience - Excellent!!!”

“We went to Floor Factory Outlet to look at options to replace our carpet and tile floors upstairs. We worked with Danny over the course of several trips. Danny provided great customer service working with us to pick the best flooring options. We even came back to pick out some new floor options in some other areas as well. Jason (JNC Installations) completed the install and did a great job. I would highly recommend Floor Factory Outlet and work with Danny, Jason and the entire staff again. I would wait for the hail storm to pass next time before going into the store .”

“FFO at 9598 S.W. 114th St., Ocala was great to work with. The people were friendly and knowledgeable about vinal flooring. Large stock and very good prices. They allowed us to take home a few pieces to see what it would look like in our home. The installers they sent us were fantastic. Jon and Harry came in did their job. answered any questions and were in and out in two days. The quarter round molding was done very professionally too. I give Floor Factory Outlet Ocala a 10.”

“The sales executives at the Floor Factory Outlet in Ocala were very helpful with selection but I would have liked a little more input from sales staff. All was great with installation the team was friendly and very accommodating and did a great job. The downfall was I had a problem with a section of floor after a few months and had a terrible time getting someone to come look at the problem and schedule a time to fix it. Still needed to have another follow up as the problem was not completely resolved and still have not been able to get anyone to look at it.”
