“I hired Factory Flooring Direct to replace tile flooring in the entryway and at the back door of my home. My goal was to match the existing wood flooring, in order to have one continuous flow. Factory Flooring Direct was able to find and order the existing wood flooring. Their wood and laminate flooring installer, Billy, did an outstanding job and went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. He is extremely experienced and gifted at what he does. He is also extremely pleasant and professional. I was so pleased with the result, I ordered carpeting for my living room. Again, the carpet installer was extremely experienced and gifted. He too was extremely pleasant and professional. Lastly, Mark, the sales representative was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to conduct all of my business over the phone, with the exception of going to the store to select the carpet pattern. Coincidently, Mark was having the same wood flooring installed in his home and gave me some of the flooring pieces that he had ordered so that I did not have to wait. The only improvement that could be made is to provide a furniture moving service or at least offer a third party vendor that offers that type of service. If that would have been in place, I would have had all of my existing carpet replaced.”
