“Shopping for a new Kitchen floor we stopped at East Coast Flooring and talked with Randy the sales manager we were looking for laminate Flooring woodgrain Randy showed us some different styles that looked like tile we were surprised because no one else even suggested that choice, we picked the one we liked and they sent Jeff and his helper (sorry I don't remember his name )install it perfectly, we couldn't ask for better service.. “I have had new flooring installed in two previous homes. Neither went smoothly. But my latest new floor through East Coast flooring went without a hitch. The materials came in within the timeframe we were given, and the installation was performed a few days later. Randy the operations manager, Caroline the office manager and Thomas the in-home consultant and estimator were extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. But it is always the installer that can make or break the experience. Carlos was our installer, and he was the best we have ever had. Meticulous in every aspect of the installation process. My wife and I are very detail oriented and perfectionists. We've been living with this floor for two weeks now and have yet to find a flaw in it. Kudos to everyone on the East Coast Flooring team for the enjoyable experience.”
